Purchase approvals
- GIS licensing: Approved a sole-source purchase request from Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute) for GIS licensing in the amount of $5,443. Motion and second; vote recorded as "Aye." (motion carried).
- Facilities vehicle: Approved a purchase request to Whistler Chevrolet for a 2023 Chevy Equinox LS in the amount of $21,778.07. Motion and second; vote recorded as "Aye." (motion carried).
Other actions
- Sponsorship agreement: Approved a three-year sponsorship agreement with Sweetwater Events Complex for the Sweetwater-Daggett County Fair at $9,000 annually (2025-2027). Motion and second; vote recorded as "Aye. Aye." (motion carried).
- Begin petition to vacate right of way for clinic parcel: Motion carried to start the statutory petition process and provide 10 days' notice to utilities; staff to return the item for final approval after the notice period.
