The rules report was adopted by unanimous roll call, with Speaker Huffman, Vice Chair Manning, Ranking Member Russo and Representatives Byrd, Graham, Isaacson, John, Santucci and Williams recorded as voting yes. The committee chair announced the rules report vote was unanimous. A separate bill referral report was approved by a recorded vote of 9 to 0. Other routine items, including the introduction and referral report, a condolence report honoring former House member Ross Boggs Jr., and a congratulatory report, were accepted without objection.
Committee business concluded with an offer to record Representative McLean's votes on the items and instructions that documents would be available for signatures. The chair then adjourned the meeting.
