Broken Arrow honors employees with 25 years of service

At the March 4, 2025 meeting, the City of Broken Arrow recognized employees who have served 25 years. Councilor Lisa Ford noted that the Oklahoma Municipal League sent a representative, Mayor Joyce Calvert of Glenpool, who delivered the presentation.
"The Oklahoma Municipal League sent a representative, which was Mayor Joyce Calvert of Glenpool . . . and she came and did the presentation for our employees that have served 25 years," Councilor Lisa Ford said. Ford praised long public service across departments, not just in police and fire, and called those roles careers.
Communications Director Aaron McCullough called the recognition "very well deserved" and expressed hope that city staff and colleagues will reach similar milestones.
