Bannock County commissioners approve vacation of parts of Burton and Aubrey roads in Sunny Gate/Sunnyside subdivision

A commissioner who raised concerns about process said, “It's not a master plan if we keep doing pieces of it,” noting he had made the same point at an earlier meeting. Commissioner Ken said the proposal “has been around forever” and that he was “okay with following through with the request.”
A commissioner moved to approve the vacation as presented; the motion was approved by voice vote with commissioners answering “aye.” The record does not include a roll-call tally or individual recorded votes.
