"Section 4 is the criteria for a physician assistant to receive a multi state license," Jenna, a committee staff member, told the panel.
The chair proposed removing the contents of House Bill 2,019 and adding them into House Bill 2,068 (the cosmetology compact). Senator Owens seconded the motion to add the contents; the committee approved the motion by voice vote. The committee then moved to pass House Bill 2,068 as amended; the motion to pass 2,068 as amended was seconded by Senator Murphy and approved by voice vote.
