Planning board unanimously adopts findings for two Union Street infrastructure projects

At the start of the March 4 meeting the Bangor Planning Board unanimously adopted findings for two projects discussed at the prior meeting: parking-lot repairs at 136 Union Street (community care parking lot) and the Compass Rehab Hospital at 1017 Union Street.
Chair Reese Perkins called for a motion and Member Hune moved to approve the adoption of findings for both projects; the motion received a second and the board recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in favor. The board recorded the vote as an approval of the adoption of findings; no additional conditions or discussion were recorded at this meeting.
The adopted findings will be included in the project records and the projects will proceed according to prior approvals and any outstanding permit conditions.
