He said that store designs of this type have been used in other recent Costco locations and that the fueling canopy and pump count reflect Costco’s site layout choices.
No council action was taken at the meeting on the Costco fuel‑center configuration; residents said they will continue to press the city on design adjustments and city staff said they would continue reviewing development proposals through the standard permitting and review processes.
