Richardson Plan Commission approves three replats on consent agenda

At its March 4, 2025 meeting, the Richardson City Plan Commission approved the minutes of the Feb. 4 regular business meeting and unanimously approved three replats on the consent agenda.
The approvals were taken by voice/show of hands during the regular business meeting. Commissioner Roberts moved to approve the Feb. 4 minutes; the motion passed unanimously. The consent agenda — listed as a replat for Shiloh Business Park, Lot 11, Block B; a replat for Greenwood Square Addition; and a replat for Northridge West Addition, Fourth Section, Lot 11A, Block 12 — was moved and seconded and approved unanimously. A commissioner moved approval of the consent agenda and the vice chairman provided the second, according to the meeting record.
Five commissioners were in attendance and all five voted in favor of both the minutes and the consent-agenda items. The meeting record shows no substantive discussion, public comment, or contested debate on the listed replats; the commission adjourned after the votes.
