The applicant, Barry Naim of Connect Engineering, described the submission as “a small, 3 lot plat” intended primarily to clean up several previously unplatted or illegally split lots and to create one enlarged lot for the church and two additional lots to the northwest. The overall parcel is about 7.6 acres, Naim said.
