Several members urged retrieving the prior committee's report and invited those previous participants to reapply. Councilmembers agreed the item should be placed on the March 18 agenda for a formal vote to create the committee and that each councilmember should bring nominee names to the April meeting.
No final appointments were made at the March 18 meeting; council indicated its intention to hold a formal vote on creation of the committee at a future meeting and to use the same appointment process employed for other citizen advisory boards.
