At a glance: enrolled acts signed and multiple Senate files pass the House

During the March 4 session the Wyoming House completed a series of formal actions: the Speaker signed several House Enrolled Acts and the House moved a large consent list of Senate files to passage across third reading.

House Enrolled Acts signed by the Speaker on the floor included (as read on the record) House Enrolled Acts numbers 63 through 69 (original House Bills 136, 279, 228, 207, 147, 316 and 62 respectively). The measures covered topics including first‑responder benefits, property tax exemption ordering, prohibitions on private funds for elections, a Religious Freedom Restoration Act, restrictions on diversity/equity/inclusion programs in government, school‑finance recalibration work and amendments to prostitution statutes. The Speaker announced he had signed each enrolled act as read on the record.

The House also read and acted on a consent list of Senate files moved together for third reading: Senate Files 10, 38, 53, 57, 91, 101, 104, 107, 108, 125, 160, 165, 166, 167, 171, 174 and Senate Joint Resolution 4 were read on third and the House recorded affirmative votes for the set; many of those files were approved with a 60‑aye, 2‑excused roll call, while several carried different tallies that are recorded in the House journal.

Separately, the House proceeded to consider regular third‑reading bills, amendments and floor votes (see separate articles for bills that generated substantive debate). The House journal and the official roll‑call record contain the full vote lists and outcomes for each bill.

The House also signed and read an enrolled joint resolution in support of rural schools (Enrolled Joint Resolution Number 2).
