Board records several budget decisions including recognition of school revenue and a county stipend for state probation officers

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors recorded multiple formal actions at its March budget work session as it began FY 2026 budget deliberations.

The board considered two competing sets of tax-rate guidance, accepted new state school revenue and adjusted the county transfer to Loudoun County Public Schools, corrected a funding error in the human services nonprofit grant program, and approved a recurring local salary supplement for the District 25 state probation and parole office.
