The board unanimously approved change order No. 1 to the wastewater treatment project contract to pay for additional cleaning of a reactor end and the wet well. Robert H. Westfall, Department of Engineering and Water Resources, told the board the change order covers 4,330 tons at $7.90 per ton for an increase of $35,000 and that funds are available in the existing bond authorization.
