Commissioners conducted nominations and votes at the start of the meeting. The nomination to retain James Faust as chair was seconded and carried unanimously. The commission then nominated and unanimously appointed a vice chair; the record shows congratulations to the incoming vice chair.
During the consent calendar the commission moved to approve item 3 (minutes) and to pull item 4 for discussion; after further review commissioners moved to approve item 4 (summary report) and the motion passed unanimously.
