Central SD 13J board faces hours of public comment on administrative turnover, approves nonrenewal recommendations

Residents, current and former employees and parents told the board they were worried about repeated leadership turnover at Central High School and other buildings, the use of nondisclosure agreements in buyouts, and a perceived lack of transparent hiring processes.
