The commission recorded that Vice Chair Morakovic “led the ad hoc efforts as originator, key planner, and chief commission liaison” and that Commissioner Hebert assisted with media outreach.
Commissioners agreed to include the competition’s results in the commission’s outcomes report and noted planning is underway for a 2025 edition of the competition. During the meeting commissioners requested confirmation of some numeric details for the publicly posted outcomes document; staff offered to confirm final applicant counts from the recorded materials before publication.
