The Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission approved its consent calendar and voted to forward a written recommendation of approval with conditions for PZE‑24‑0129, the Hayden Skybridal planned unit development, to City Council during the March 3 meeting.
A commissioner moved to "approve the minutes of our regular planning and zoning commission meeting of 02/24/25 and approval of the written recommendation to City Council of PZE‑24‑0129 Hayden Skybridal planned unit development, recommendations of approval with conditions." A second was voiced and the commission recorded aye votes from Commissioner David Erickson, Commissioner Chris Morris, Vice Chair Mary Howard and Chair Sean Taylor; the motion passed.
The recommendation to City Council is not a final approval of the PUD; staff reminded commissioners the council process and any appeal periods will remain open once council considers the file.
