The chair opened the public hearing at 6:08 p.m. and asked whether commissioners had technical questions. Staff reported that the project representative requested the item be tabled to the April 7 meeting. The applicant was not present and no speaker cards were submitted.
Commissioner Herman moved to hold the public hearing open and table the item to the April 7 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 6 p.m. in the City of Anna Council Chambers, 120 West Seventh Street. Commissioner Volmer seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Because the item was tabled at the applicant's request and no public testimony was recorded, the commission took no substantive action on the permit request itself; the item will return to the commission on April 7.
