Later in the meeting the chair asked for a motion to adjourn. A motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and the subcommittee adjourned at 12:42 p.m. The group discussed scheduling the next joint meeting in June 2025; city staff noted June 16 or June 23 as preferred options and staff will coordinate a final date and location.
