At its Sept. 8 session the Titus County Commissioners’ Court unanimously approved routine clerical and financial items and adjourned.
The court approved minutes from the Aug. 25 special meeting (motion by Commissioner Parchman, second by Commissioner Mitchell). It accepted the treasurer’s report as a matter of record (motion by Commissioner Mitchell, second by Commissioner Parker) and signed pay orders approving payments (motion by Commissioner Parker, second by Commissioner Applewhite). All motions were recorded as carrying unanimously.
The meeting closed with brief comments from the judge about road work and the upcoming county fair (Sept. 24–27) and expressions of thanks for county staff assistance on installing air conditioners. The court then adjourned.
The meeting record does not include the detailed pay order listings or the treasurer's report content; those documents are maintained in county financial records.
