The procedural issue affected case SD-25-017 (applicant Trinity Roland). "Therefore, the planning commission has not technically acted yet. And the BZA cannot take on SGPs that have not been acted on by the planning commission yet," said Mr. Dedak, planning staff, explaining why the board amended its agenda to continue the case. The board set the next hearing for Oct. 16 at 6 p.m., noting the schedule shift is due to Columbus Day.
