“Approval of this resolution authorizes the district to purchase the Character Strong multi tiered solutions digital curriculum resources at a cost not to exceed a $115,000,” Dr. Ruprecht told the board.
Director Thomas moved the item and Director Lawrie seconded. Directors asked whether the board’s approval threshold should be changed given rising costs; one director said she “personally kinda like it at a 100,000” because it “keeps eyes on things.” No further public questions were raised and the board approved the purchase by unanimous voice vote.
