Staff said the sheriff's office reviewed the event and reported no concerns. "This is an annual event with no changes from the previous year," a staff member told the board.
A commissioner moved to approve the special-event liquor permit and the motion passed by voice vote.
The board closed the related public hearing after receiving no public comment and approved the permit as presented.
