Planner Lori Elliott presented the request, submitted by SEER Land Surveying on behalf of Ashley Bill LaFevers and Aaron LaFevers. Elliott said the parcel is currently zoned SF1 and that surrounding parcels are similarly zoned; staff recommended approval with the conditions listed in the staff report. No public objections were received.
The commission opened and closed the public hearing with no speakers during the item. Commissioner Martin moved to approve the preliminary plat; Commissioner Sysnaga seconded. The motion passed, 5-0.
The approval allows the applicants to proceed with the next steps of subdivision and building permitting under SF1 standards, subject to the staff-recommended conditions recorded in the planning file.
