A council member noted that primary-residence status on the county list determines voter eligibility for local elections.
Council members asked staff to distribute the full list to all council members so they can identify familiar names and help clean up records. The council discussed using the address data to mail notices as a way to verify residency and said staff would attempt additional outreach to clarify whether listed entries represent primary residences.
No formal action to change voter rolls was taken at the meeting; staff will provide the list to council members for review and follow up with Box Elder County as needed.
