Commissioners sign Ochoco Point Phase 6 plat for Polish Homes development

Kyra Marchant of AKS Engineering, representing Polish Homes, presented the plat and told the board, "Phase 6 of Ochoco Point neighborhood is, nearing completion. So we have a plat for signature, so we'll present it to you." The board made a motion to approve the Ochoco Point Phase 6 plat and authorized signatures; commissioners approved the motion by voice vote.
After the vote, staff noted two copies were prepared for signature and the chair signed documents to complete the plat recordation steps.
The approval authorizes the county to execute the plat documents so the developer can record Phase 6. The board did not discuss bond amounts, surety, or conditions on the recordation during the public portion of the meeting.
