Committee members also forwarded an MDOT safety contract covering multiple local projects (South Jackson Road, Atkinson Lake Road and Hart Road) that requires a $52,720 local match and otherwise uses MDOT grant funding. Committee members noted an error in the draft resolution title—listed as MDOT contract 25-5350 for an unrelated Moscow Road overlay—and asked staff to correct the title before the full board. An amendment adding a corrected title was offered and supported; the committee then approved the item by roll call.
