Council approves multiple boards and commissions appointments

Lindsey read recommendations that included reappointment of McKay Moore to the Board of Zoning and Appeals and new appointments of Brandon Harris and Dr. Midas Hampton to that board. She also presented recommendations to appoint Danny Ballen to the Design Review Board, Marjorie Jones to the Civil Service Commission, and Dr. Brett Avery to an unexpired two-year term on the Architectural Review and Design Board.
A council member moved to approve the list of names as read; another council member seconded. Council approved the appointments by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
