Sky Islands Regional Partnership lists 2025 calendar: mixers, expo, golf scramble and 60th annual Christmas parade

The next scheduled event is a "Connect and Network" mixer in Bisbee on July 18 at 6 p.m. at the Old Bisbee Brewing Company, offered in partnership with the Douglas Business Network and the Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona. Mellie said there is no registration fee for that mixer.
The Sky Islands expo is set for Aug. 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mall at Sierra Vista; vendor registration is open and list prices are unchanged from recent years. Mellie said the expo includes participants ranging from after-school programs through medical and retirement services to martial-arts instructors and that members and nonmembers may register.
The organization will host its "You Have" (morning networking) session on Sept. 9 at 7 a.m. at the Cochise College student union in Sierra Vista. The fall golf scramble is scheduled for Oct. 10 at the Sierra Vista Golf Center at Pueblo del Sol; proceeds support the nonprofit Sky Islands Regional Partnership, Mellie said.
A veterans-themed "Bring Event to Lunch" will be held Nov. 5 with table sponsorships available; Mellie said two seats per sponsored table are donated to veterans from assisted-living facilities and that active-duty and retired veterans attend free. The Sky Islands Christmas parade will be Dec. 6 at 5:30 p.m.; Mellie said this year marks the parade's 66th annual run and the theme is "A Sky Island Christmas." The Santa fly-in follows on Dec. 13, with Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving by medevac helicopter at the Cow Ranch parking lot for a free family event.
Mellie directed organizers and participants to skyislandsrp.com, and said the site includes a calendar with registration buttons for each event.
