Justin, city staff, told the council the state's Utah Trail Network program, an initiative promoted by the governor, has allocated about $4 million for the trail in Cache Valley. "But in the end, this is what's kind of been boiled down to," Justin said, summarizing the current status of alignments and intergovernmental conversations.
