Commission issues ORAD for Willow Ranch (Myrick Street) after peer review

The Lakeville Conservation Commission closed the hearing and issued an Order of Resource Area Delineation (ORAD) for the Willow Ranch project on Myrick Street at its July 8 meeting.
Jason Youngquist of GAT (?) engineering (identified in the record as the applicant’s engineer) told commissioners that peer-review comments had been submitted in advance of the meeting and that the commission’s consultant recommended noting a second intermittent stream located farther back on the property. Commission members said the peer reviewer’s comments resolved prior questions about flagged wetlands and additional delineation in the rear of the site.
The commission voted to close the hearing and issue the ORAD; the motion carried on an aye vote. Commissioners instructed staff to include a note regarding the intermittent stream in the ORAD and to finalize the conditions reflected in the delineation document.
