The Town of Lakeville Conservation Commission on July 8 issued Negative Three determinations of applicability permitting limited tree removal at two shoreline properties — 17 Pine Bluff and 129 State Shore Road — subject to conditions intended to protect the adjacent pond.
Both matters were considered as requests for determinations under the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 131, § 40. Conservation Agent Mark Menton told the commission he inspected both sites and that each involved removal of fallen or diseased trees and brush close to the water’s edge.
