The court first approved a procurement exemption designating Barry Dunn as a sole-source provider for the conversion work and then approved a separate contract to prepare and migrate legacy court data into the Equivant JWorks format used by the county’s new case-management system. Commissioner Grayson moved the sole-source declaration and led the procurement approval; both votes passed unanimously.
