Notably, the board approved Change Order No. 2 for the South Main Drain Channel Improvements Project Phase 2 (2023 bond project) reflecting an increase of $1,000,003.54 and 120 additional construction days; the project engineer and staff recommended the extension to complete additional tie‑in work.
