“Those were purchased using the state procurement policy and followed their guidance in purchasing those vehicles,” a board member said during the meeting. The agenda also listed the GSBA (Georgia School Boards Association) Exemplary Board application, an electronic sign for Coffee Middle School and an item labeled “Magic School AI” on the consent list.
Board members said these consent items were discussed at the prior work session. A motion to accept the consent agenda was made and seconded; the transcript records the motion and a subsequent vote in favor but does not provide a roll‑call tally in the meeting record.
