TAMARAC, Fla. — City staff presented the draft 2025–2029 consolidated plan and the 2025 annual action plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs on July 7 and said the public comment period ends at the July 9 commission meeting.
Carolyn Francis Royer, housing and community development manager, told staff the consolidated plan is a HUD-required five-year strategic plan that frames eligible activities such as public improvements, public facilities, housing rehabilitation, economic development and public services.
