The court approved the motion by voice vote; the transcript records "aye" and "motion carries." Commissioners indicated the deposit would be charged to capital projects discretionary funds.
The county's facilities director said the repair installs an interior system tied to a sump pump to divert water away from the building and that the problem had become more pronounced after site excavation near the building.
