He added that the items scheduled for the meeting "are being moved to the next regularly scheduled meeting of July 16, 2025, same start time of 6 p.m. and location 401 South Ventura Street." Seibert also provided contact information for questions, saying they could be emailed to him (spoken in the meeting as "lucas dot seibert ca dot gov").
The cancellation means no formal hearings or votes were held that night. The agenda items that had been on the canceled meeting will be considered at the July 16 meeting at 6 p.m. at 401 South Ventura Street, Ojai.
