The Muskego City Common Council on June 24 approved Resolution 0402025, authorizing the city to enter a memorandum of understanding with Waukesha County for countywide damage assessment services, and approved three sets of payments — utility vouchers, general-fund vouchers and payroll/invoice wire transfers — totaling $969,087.52. The meeting began at 6:05 p.m. and adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
Council members took the actions by voice vote with no recorded roll-call tallies. The resolution was described by the presiding officer as “essentially just a clarifying mutual aid for disaster recovery.” No public comments were filed for the meeting and no extended debate was recorded on the items.
The vouchers approved were: utility vouchers for $70,444.51; general-fund vouchers for $479,166.36; and wire transfers for payrolls and invoice transmittals totaling $419,476.65. Council members also approved the consent agenda, including the common council minutes from June 10, 2025, after a brief clarification about a committee-of-the-whole item in the minutes.
Committee materials included reports from the Finance Committee (May 27) and Committee of the Whole meetings from October 8, November 19 and December 10, 2024; no additional liaison updates were presented. With no further communications or items for discussion, a motion to adjourn carried and the council recessed at 6:09 p.m.
The actions taken authorize the intergovernmental memorandum and clear the listed payments; the meeting record shows the approvals occurred by voice vote and does not include individual vote tallies or named movers and seconders for each motion.
