Sean Hopkins, attorney for the applicant, said the submission (filed April 30) seeks rezoning of two parcels at 282 Crisfield and 0 Crisfield from residence to C retail business so the parcels match the existing credit union site. He described a single-story, 3,920-square-foot administrative and records building, 14 parking spaces, landscaping, sidewalks and two additional light poles. “It will be a low-intensity use,” Hopkins said, and the proposed peak height is 25 feet or less.
