The presentation outlined four engagement methods — in-person and virtual live sessions, online forums (ThoughtExchange), AI-supported interviews, and curated web resources — and staff said each is intended to provide both synchronous and asynchronous ways for families to contribute input to planning. “We do update that if weekly, if not, you know, as appropriate as the timing demands,” Susan said of the web materials.
