Kossuth County Supervisor Carter Naff says he will not seek reelection in 2026

Naff said it has been an honor to serve, that he will remain active through the remainder of his term, and that he wanted to give residents advance notice so the party and community have time to recruit candidates. He thanked constituents and said he intends to continue participating in board duties until his term ends.
Board members responded briefly; one supervisor said “Thanks for sharing that,” and the board continued with other business.
