Edmond recognizes Yolanda Whitlow as Oklahoma Municipal Court Clerk of the Year

Mayor Mark A. Nash asked Whitlow to identify herself to the audience; council members applauded. Council comments noted Whitlow has more than 20 years of municipal court experience, including roughly four and a half years with the City of Edmond, and praised her work improving court operations.
The recognition was ceremonial; no formal council action was required.
