For the record, staff identified the commenter as Shannon Yeager of 510 East Wausau Avenue, a property directly east of the subject site. Staff summarized Yeager's written concerns, which included landscaping and separation between the properties, snow removal and maintenance, removal of a fence that had been on the subject property and associated disturbance to her lot, lighting and the placement of a bike rack.
A rendering presented at the meeting showed a small, seven-stall accessible lot intended to provide right-of-way parking for Athletic Park. Staff said a formal recommendation and the complete packet materials, including plans, will be returned to the commission for action at a future meeting.
The public hearing was closed with no further public comment recorded on the day of the meeting.
