City staff said they reviewed the application, had no concerns and welcomed the new restaurant in the Safeway plaza on the north side of Bullhead City. The applicant, listed as Lynette Donna Rainos, was not present at the hearing. The council opened and closed the public hearing with no public comment and approved the staff motion to recommend approval.
