The Revere City License Commission approved an amendment to the entertainment license for Santorini (GA Restaurant 2 Inc., d/b/a Santorini) at 376 Revere Beach Boulevard to allow outside TV/radio starting at 8 a.m. and to permit vocal/instrumental music (one to three performers) outside once or twice a week in the evenings.
The application originally listed different morning hours for outside TV and radio; the applicant asked the commission to modify the start to 8 a.m. so the restaurant may use low‑level background music and television for breakfast service on the outdoor deck. Craig Helijian, who gave his address for the record, said he had observed the morning music at a low level and supported the modification.
Applicant Starula Fotopoulos said the restaurant plans one or two small live performances per week between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. depending on weather and business. Commissioners discussed scheduling and weather contingencies; no public opposition was recorded. A commissioner moved to approve the amendment with the 8 a.m. modification and another commissioner seconded; the commission approved the amendment.
