The San Antonio Historic and Design Review Commission on June 18 approved a consent docket covering most items on its agenda and moved three cases for additional consideration, including one that will return for further design review focused on rooftop equipment height and screening.
The commission, chaired by Maurice Gibbs, approved the minutes from its June 4, 2025 meeting and then voted to accept the consent agenda after commissioners removed agenda items 2, 4 and 6 for separate discussion. Commissioners voting "yes" on the consent motion included Neman, Sabino Velázquez, Gallaway, Mazuca, Guevara, Cervantes, Holland, Jeffrey Fetzer and Gibbs. The motion passed unanimously.
