Michael Anderson of Anderson Homes updated the commission on project phasing, construction activity and amenities. Anderson said the developer has recorded final maps covering about 1,092 residential units, has pulled roughly 840 permits and issued about 775 certificates of occupancy to date, and has sold 260 lots to other builders.
