The judge moved to approve the drawn awards and the court voted unanimously, "Aye," with the motion carrying 5-0.
The commission had already approved the remainder of the consent agenda in a single vote before the drawing. The purchasing agent said the tie-breaking procedure followed the method prescribed by county statute and procurement rules.
