Residents press developer, council on preservation, traffic and density for Lutheran Legacy Campus plan

The developer presentation followed public comment from nearby residents. Walt Cordial, a longtime Dudley Street resident, said the redevelopment will affect his quality of life and asked that councilors more actively represent adjacent residents.
